- Online video courses (pre-recorded and self-paced)

All digital products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased content through your account on letstryenglish.com or via a download link sent to your registered email address.
4. Account Registration
To purchase and access our courses, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Payments and Pricing

Payments are processed securely through Paddle (paddle.com), our authorised payment processor. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By purchasing from us, you also agree to Paddle’s terms of service.
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal where available. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your country of residence. Where required by law, applicable VAT or sales tax will be calculated and added to your order by Paddle at the point of purchase.
6. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:
Online Courses and Digital Products
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all online courses and digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that:
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course content
- The request is submitted within 30 days of purchase
- You contact us at info@letstryenglish.com with your order details
One-to-One Coaching Sessions
For live coaching sessions, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email info@letstryenglish.com with your name, order number, and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on letstryenglish.com, including but not limited to video lessons, course materials, ebooks, written content, images, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lets Try English and is protected by copyright law.
Upon purchasing a course or digital product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any course content
- Share your account login with others
- Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any content
- Record, screenshot, or screen-capture video lessons for distribution
- Use any content to create competing products or services
